Download Vega
The current version can
be freely used for any chess tournament with not more than 30 players.
So each chess club can use it to run their own tournament. For larger tournament
the arbiter is requested to register (only Windows) to support the cost of
development.
The package include the executable for individual and team tournament as well.
Please download even the user manual.

USCF rating report (Freeware)
This tool produces the rating report for the US Chess Federation (three files in DBF format). The tool is cross platform and run under Windows and Linux. It uses the freeware Xbase library http://linux.techass.com/projects/xdb/. You can download even the source code of the program that perform the conversion from the tab delimited text to the dbf.
Veganet 1.00 (Freeware)
Veganet is a tool that in conjunction with Vega is able to admistrate a large blitz tournament by using several computers. See the user manual for details.
